Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
  • During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Address

Lost or Stolen Packages

A package will be considered lost if the tracking information has not updated for 20 consecutive days.

To request a replacement:

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking status shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please follow these steps:

  1. Check around your property and any safe delivery locations.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
  3. Wait 1–2 business days, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered before final delivery.
  4. File a claim with your local postal service or delivery carrier.
